By registering for FIMMAC 2026 ("Event"), whether as a physical or virtual participant, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Event is organised by the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (“FIMM” or “the Organiser”) and is managed by Magnet Group Sdn. Bhd. ("Event Coordinator").
1. Registration
1.1 Participants may register for the Event as individuals or via group/bulk registration, for either physical or virtual attendance.
1.2 Individual Registration
- Registration and payment must be completed through the official registration platform latest by Monday, 3 August 2026.
- For physical participants, a confirmation email and QR code will be sent by Tuesday, 4 August 2026. The QR code must be presented during event registration.
- For virtual participants, a confirmation email containing the Event access link and login details will be sent by Tuesday, 4 August 2026.
1.3 Group/Bulk Registration
- Complete registration details for all participants via the Registration form on the microsite, including their email addresses latest by Monday, 3 August 2026.
- An invoice will be issued upon submission.
- Full payment must be received by the Organiser by Monday, 3 August 2026.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to fimmac2026@gmail.com.
- Upon confirmation of payment:
- Physical participants will receive an individual confirmation email and QR code. Participants must present the QR code during registration on event day.
- Virtual participants will receive an individual access link and login detail.
2. Registration Fees
2.1 All fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2.2 Physical Participation
- Early bird rate: RM300.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred) per person until Tuesday, 14 July 2026.
- Normal rate: RM350.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Fifty) per person.
- 50% discount for every 4th participant in a group/bulk registration of four (4) participants: RM175.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Seventy-Five).
- This fee includes:
- Admission to FIMMAC 2026
- Exhibition access
- Regulatory Industry Briefing (RIB) (for approved participants only)
- Two (2) coffee breaks
- One (1) lunch
2.3 Virtual Participation
- Early bird rate: RM80.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Eighty) per person until Tuesday, 14 July 2026.
- Normal rate: RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred) per person.
- 50% discount for every 4th participant in a group/bulk registration of four (4) participants: RM50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty)
- This fee includes:
- Access to virtual FIMMAC 2026
- Virtual exhibition
- One (1) login per registered participant
2.4 Participation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Access, Security and Use Restrictions
3.1 Physical Participation
- QR codes are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and may not be substituted, shared, resold or otherwise dealt with by any person, whether for consideration or otherwise.
- Any unauthorised transfer, assignment, substitution, resale is prohibited.
- FIMM reserves the right to refuse, deny or revoke entry to, or remove from the Event, any registered participant or any other person found or reasonably suspected to have breached paragraphs (a) or (b), without refund, compensation or any other form of reimbursement.
3.2 Virtual Participation
- Virtual access link/login are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and may not be substituted, shared, resold or otherwise dealt with by any person, whether for consideration or otherwise.
- Participants must not:
- Share, distribute, or resell login credentials;
- Record, broadcast, or reproduce any session without prior written consent; or
- Permit unauthorised third-party access.
- FIMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for any breach of these Terms.
4. Regulatory Industry Briefing (RIB)
- Participation in the RIB Session is optional and available only to authorised representatives or officers attending the Event physically.
- Registrations are subject to:
- Verification and approval by FIMM; and
- Seat availability.
- Only successful applicants will be notified accordingly.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Registrations fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.
- Request to transfer registration to another participant from the same organisation may be considered, subject to FIMM’s prior written approval.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email to fimmac2026@gmail.com no later than Monday, 3 August 2026.
- FIMM reserves the right to deny entry to any participant where payment has not been received in full.
6. Event Changes
FIMM reserves the right to amend the Event details, including but not limited to, the venue, event date, programme agenda. speakers or schedule, or to cancel the Event, if necessary, including due to circumstances beyond its control. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, courteous conduct and inclusive environment throughout the Event.
- FIMM maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, harassing or unlawful conduct and reserves the right to refuse, deny or revoke entry and participation, without refund, compensation or any other form of reimbursement.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All material, presentations, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of FIMM or the respective speakers.
8.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without FIMM’s prior written consent.
9. Photography and Recording
The Event Coordinator may take photographs, videos, or recordings during the Event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in photographs, videos and promotional materials relating to FIMMAC 2026.
10. Liability
- Participation in the Event is at your own risk.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIMM and the Event Coordinator shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, claim, liability, cost or expense of whatsoever nature arising from participating in the Event, except where such loss, damage or injury is directly caused by their fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Force Majeure
FIMM and the Event Coordinator shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the Event arising from circumstances beyond its control.
12. Personal Data and Consent
By registering for FIMMAC 2026, your consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and FIMM’s Privacy Notice, which is accessible via the following link https://www.fimm.com.my/privacy-notice/.
